2012 marked the 25th anniversary of Cocos Grand Bend. And boy was it a party!
The story of Cocos Grand Bend started in 1987 when Mick and Nancy Rapaport sold their original Grand Bend establishment, The Tree House, and moved across and down the street into the former Mainstreet Hotel, which they renamed Cocos.
It was a big risk for the young couple who had a thriving business at the smaller Tree House.
With a lot of hard work and a flair for the dramatic, Mick and Nancy turned the old building on Main Street West into the one-of-a-kind summer playground and hot-spot destination we love today.
Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Cocos Grand Bend with us! Watch bpm:tv on May 11th, starting at 1 PM (ET) with the Grand Benders Marathon followed by the Live From Coco’s Grand Bend 25th Anniversary Special.
