Shooter Recipes: The Polish Mickey

This week’s shooter recipe celebrates our favourite Polish dad — Mickey Cocos — while also giving a passing nod to Poland, the host of this year’s EuroCup.

We remind you to keep this old saying in mind when drinking “The Polish Mickey” — or any of our other shooter recipes:

Gdyby kózka nie skakala, to by nózki nie zlamala.

Translated: If the goat didn’t jump, she wouldn’t have broken her leg.

To make “The Polish Mickey”, take:

  • 1/3 part Raspberry Puree (or syrup)
  • Fill with Vodka

Pour raspberry syrup in a shooter. Fill the rest of the shooter with Vodka very slowly so that it will not get mixed with the syrup. The shooter should look red and white — the colour of the Polish flag. Drink straight up!
